6.    Registration of the lease deed at the sub-registrar’s office.              Expenses to be equally shared by the Tenant and the land 
       lord. Registration expenses are not refundable.

7.    No maintenance charges will apply if the entire building is 
       taken for lease by one tenant. The full building tenant shall 
       undertake all the maintenance.

8.    Maintenance sharing (in-case of multiple tenants).

         i.              Additional Rs. 5/- per sft.
         ii.            The maintenance to be undertaken by tenants 
                        colletively.

9.    Service Taxes extra.
10.   Others terms as per discussions.
